The first moon of the year is called the Wolf Moon, Center Moon (Native American), Stay Home Moon (Celtic), Moon after Yule (Anglo-Saxon), or Ice Moon. The link to wolves is because they are heard more in the winter months, howling out of hunger or to find their kin and define their territory.

This first moon of the year represents releasing old chapters, embracing new opportunities and connecting with the rhythms of nature. Join me in a Wolf Moon ritual where we take what we have known about ourselves and our reality and open up to the possibility of the unknown path before us; grounded in the truth of being the creators of our own paths.
