Payment timing
Retainers: billed at the beginning of each month
Sessions: paid at the time of service
Payment methods
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle
Credit cards welcome with a processing fee
Cancellations
Sessions require 48 hours’ notice, or the session is charged in full
Retainer cancellations require 30 days’ written notice
Emergency support
All retainers include at least 1 emergency call per month (up to 15 minutes)
Additional emergency calls are $111 per 15 minutes
