The time to start getting your butt moving is now. You could wait until next week, or the week after. You could wait until the New Year. You could wait until you no longer have the option. That is no fun. Do you remember what it was like to not think about how long you were running around. Do you spend most of your day sitting? Do you feel energy when you wake up in the morning.
