What is Body Camp?
Well, it is not your kid’s camp. It is a camp to bring your body to a new level. Wherever you are, whatever your starting point, there are places to go… Body Camp will take you there. Results are guaranteed and support is given. Not only will you feel great, you will learn about yourself along the way! Growth is a beautiful thing.

Where is Body Camp Located?
Ultimately Body Camp is a state of mind. In this world it is held all over Seattle at various parks and other locales. Depends on the session and the season. Check out the Session Section below!

What do I need to bring to a Camp Class?
You, yourself and any of the following: Hand Weights (3, 5 or 8 lbs), Yoga Mat, Towel, Water Bottle and Athletic Attire. Your coach will let you know if any of that changes. The workouts are diverse so your needs will be as well.

How long are sessions?
Each Body Camp is 6 weeks long with the option to go 1 – 3 times per week.

Locations & Times:
2015 Late Summer Session begins August 24, 2015.
I-5 Colonnade(map) – This spring we will be working out in the morning on Tuesdays, Thursdays at 6:00am and Saturdays at 8:00am.
You get the most out of Body Camp when you are there all 3 times per week. Of course you can choose 2 times per week, but I strongly suggest you commit to 3 times per week for the 6 weeks Body Camp runs.
Come ready to work!  All levels, modifications are given.  You will be supported all the way through and see your goals come to fruition!

How much does it cost?
It is $360 for 1x/week; $560 for 2x/week; $600 for 3x/week.  Each Camp is 6 weeks long with guaranteed results!
